Information you provide directly
The app does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use its core features. If you choose to contact us for support you may provide your name and email address which we will use only to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
The app may collect certain technical information automatically including your device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage data such as which features you use and how often. This information is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your personal identity.
Game data
Your simulation progress, investment decisions made within the app, and recap statistics are stored locally on your device only. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it for support purposes. We do not collect your location data. We do not collect financial information of any kind. We do not collect data about other apps on your device. We do not collect your contacts, photos, or any other device content.
4. How we use information
Technical and usage data we collect is used solely to understand how the app is being used in aggregate, identify and fix bugs and performance issues, and improve the app experience over time. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
5. Third party services
The app uses third party APIs to retrieve live Bitcoin price data for the What If calculator feature. These requests are made directly from your device to the third party API and are subject to that provider’s privacy policy. We do not pass any personal information to these services. The requests contain only the query for current Bitcoin price data and no user-identifying information.
If the app uses third party analytics tools these tools collect only aggregate anonymous usage data and are contractually prohibited from using that data for any purpose other than providing analytics services to us.
6. Data storage and security
All simulation data and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple’s standard secure storage mechanisms. We do not maintain servers that store your personal data. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect any information we do collect, though no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Data retention
Local app data including your simulation history and preferences is retained on your device until you delete the app or clear the app’s data. If you contact us for support we retain your contact information only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
8. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have certain rights regarding your personal information including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Since we store simulation data locally on your device you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. For any other data requests please contact us at the email below.

If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
